I really enjoyed our first meeting--looking forward to the second!

The book selection for our third (March) meeting is Not My Will by Francena H. Arnold.

We will be meeting March 12 at 7; discussion begins promptly at 7:45.

February meeting date and book

For our Feb. 5, 2009 meeting, we will be reading Hinds Feet on High Places by Hannah Hurnard. I am excited to have been able to find that this book is in print! An allegory much like Pilgrim's Progress, it has been very helpful in my life, and I hope you will find it encouraging and helpful as well.
It will be available for puchase in the bookstore and at the January book club meeting.

The Makings of a Bookclub

On Thursday, October 16th, the CBC Bookclub was formed by several ladies from Calvary Baptist Church. We are looking forward to reading and discussing our first book at our first meeting on Thursday, January 8th, 2009 at 7pm.
